Cisco Universal Cloud Agreement

12.14. Global Agreement. This ITA is the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this ITA and supersedes all prior or concurrent communications, understandings or agreements (written or oral). 8.3. Qualifications. Points 8.1 and 8.2 do not apply when the Cisco technology or the device for which it is authorized to be used has been modified, with the exception of Cisco or its authorized representative; (b) have been exposed to abnormal physical conditions, accidents or negligence, installations or uses that did not comply with this ITA or Cisco`s instructions; (c) is acquired free of charge, beta or evaluation; (d) is not a Cisco-branded product or service; or was not provided by an authorized source. “Webex Calling Services” means Cisco`s cloud-based Unified Communications PBX service, which consists of (a) a central set of voice communication functions, as set forth in the service description, associated with Cloud Voice Services. Cisco has simplified our licensing documents. We no longer need an End User License Agreement (EULA) for embedded software and a Universal Cloud Agreement (UCA) for cloud-hosted software. Our EULA now contains the terms of use applicable to all Cisco software (on-premise and cloud-hosted).
